On October 19, at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre (Odsal – Bradford), MJK Sports Events are proud to bring you a one-off, best-of-31 leg challenge match between two of the best darts players of all time, who are also two of the sport’s biggest stars.

Best of 31 legs between the most successful dart player of all time and a back to back world champion.

MAN OF THE PEOPLE

Gary ‘The Flying Scotsman’ Anderson.

This will be the first appearance at this event for the two-time, back-to-back, PDC world champion and also two-time winner of the PDC Premier League. He is the current world number two and is one of the most popular players in the world, something which is no surprise given his scoring prowess, one of the nicest men you could ever meet and it is a pleasure to bring him to Bradford for the first time.

THE POWER

A regular with MJK, the last time Phil was here he demolished MvG 16-4. Taylor is a 16 time WORLD CHAMPION, 16 time and the reigning WORLD MATCHPLAY CHAMPION, 6 time PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPION, 11 time WORLD GRAND PRIX CHAMPION and winner of over 100 worldwide tournaments. THE POWER is easily the most successful British sportsman of our time and is a darting phenomenon. It is a pleasure to host this event with him and  ( THE WORLD MATCHPLAY TROPHY ) especially as he bids farewell to the competitive darts circuit this year.

This is not an exhibition! These two aren’t coming to just throw a few ‘arrers around in a jovial manner.

On the night, for your entertainment, we will have:

• Gary Anderson v Phil Taylor best of 31 legs
• Interviews with both players including our very own BIG SCREEN tribute to Phil Taylor
• Exhibitions from our Special guest’s Michael ‘BULLY BOY’ Smith and ITV’s Chris Mason
• 1 x leg Gary ‘The Flying Scotsman’ Anderson vs. a selected member of the audience
• 1 x leg Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor vs. a selected member of the audience.

The venue for this amazing event is the Richard Dunn Sports Centre. Perfectly situated two minutes from the M62, the venue offers perfect viewing areas for all of our guests no matter where you are seated. The venue hosted MvG v RvB then MvG V The power and recently it hosted our Ronnie O’Sullivan event in front of 1300 spectators.
