Ticket Information

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS FROM OUR WEBSITE.

You will immediately receive an eticket to the email address provided when you bought the tickets.

Please print off your ETICKET as this is your ticket for the event.

Upon entry you will be shown the seating plan which will show your allocated seats. The seating plan will also be emailed to you one week before the event. Please note the seating plan will show the persons name that purchased the tickets.  

FAQ’s – Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have purchased tickets for someone else?

It does not matter as long as they have the ticket purchase receipt or the ETICKET, Please note the seating plan will show the persons name that purchased the tickets.  

What if I do not have a printer?

It does not matter so long as you can show the receipt or eticket on your smart phone or tablet.

I have not received my ETICKETS.

Have you provided us with the correct email address and is that email address still in use? ETICKETS and notifications are usually emailed out on the first Monday after you have purchased. If you have not received them please check your spam folder, if the ETICKETS are not in your spam folder please give us a call on 07932 724462.

Will we be sat together?

If you purchase more than one ticket you are GUARANTEED to be sat together.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

All of our venues are accessible to wheelchairs but please let us know when you book your tickets.
